Our practitioners, Sandi Smith & Carol McGrath, will lead you through a guided meditation followed by 30 minutes of sound healing. During this class, sound healing is complemented by the ethereal tones of crystal bowls. The resonant frequencies produced by the bowls are thought to promote relaxation and balance in the body and mind. Registration $20-$30.
