  Joyce Westner will be the recipient of the 2025 Civic Leadership
  Award. Please join the League on Thursday\, September 18\, 2025 for
  the 2025 Civic Leadership Award Ceremony in the Town Hall Auditorium. 
 
 Joyce has provided a tremendous service to our community\, bringing
  idealism balanced with professionalism to shape public discourse in a
  civil fashion. Joyce effectively engages a wide range of people\,
  often while tackling some of the most challenging community concerns.
  Most recently\, Joyce responded to the clear need for independent
  local news reporting by guiding the formation of the online
  publication\, Winchester News. 
 
 We look forward to celebrating M. Joyce Westner and hope that you will
  join us on September 18th!
