A Yellow Rose Project participant, Edie Bresler, invites you to join us for a two-day, in-person workshop at the Griffin Museum, where you'll step into the luminous, blue-toned world of cyanotype printing. Whether you're a photographer, printmaker, or curious creative, this hands-on experience offers a unique opportunity to explore one of photography's oldest and most enchanting alternative processes.

Traditionally a lensless technique, cyanotypes use only chemistry, sunlight, and time. You'll learn how to coat paper

20 minutes for an introduction to you and your work goes by quickly. We'd like to see you put your best foot forward. This is a weekend workshop to support your strategy for success. As part of our New England Portfolio Reviews held in the fall, we offer this weekend workshop to help ease the pressure of the reviews. Whether you are a seasoned attendee, or if this is your first review, this workshop filled with information including the value of research, conversational practice and the confidence of your preperation will help you navigate the portfolio review world.

We are pleased to announce the opening of registration for our special 40th Anniversary Atelier session and are excited to share more details with you.

The in-person class will be taught by Emily Belz and will take place on Thursday evenings from 4:30-7:30 PM at the Griffin Museum of Photography, located at 67 Shore Road, Winchester, MA 01890. The program will begin on September 18 and run through the end of May.

The online class will be taught by Jennifer McClure and held on Tuesday evenings from 6:00-9:00 PM (ET) via Zoom. It will begin on September 16 and run through the end of May

The Griffin Museum, Emily Belz, and Jennifer McClure are pleased to host an online Open House dedicated to the Photography Atelier.

Join us on Zoom to learn more about the program, ask questions, and meet the instructors. Emily and Jennifer will lead a mock critique, offering a preview of what it's like to be in the classroom. Alumni of the program will also join us to share their experiences and insights.

This online class is designed for students who have completed Photography Atelier I and are ready to take their photographic practice to the next level.
